- To qualify for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Timeframe for a refund:
- You have a 30-day window from the date of purchase to request a refund. Unfortunately, any refund requests beyond this period (more than 30 days after purchase) cannot be processed.
- Refund process:
- To start the refund process, email our customer service team at support@ariagrillandbbq.com. Include your order number and the reason for the refund. Expect a response within 3-5 business days with instructions on the next steps. Upon receiving the returned item and confirming its eligibility, we'll initiate a refund to your original payment method, excluding any incurred shipping charges.
- Non-refundable items:
- Certain items, such as gift cards and downloadable software products, are exempt from refunds.
- Shipping:
- For items valued over $50, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning the item. Without these precautions, we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
